The first item on the agenda of a busy Living Valley day I took off for the Red Walk, the longest of the walks around the grounds - about 2.4 km. Doesn't sound like much but half of it was straight up and other straight down, and a little challenging after all the rains.
But it was worth it!!
Up....
and down....
The rest of the morning was taken up with stretching class, a colonic (no pictures sorry) and a steam bath.
After morning tea (vegetable juice) and with two hours before lunch, I though I would take a drive to the big smoke - the township of Pomona lies about 15 kms away and boast 1600 people, a pub and a few coffee shops. Most of it went under water recently in the floods.
I came across a Salvos Shop and went in and scored big....
Classic Hawaiian Shirt and a pair of Disco Rivers for less than $10!!!
Back to camp and a boxercise class, another steam bath, dinner and a lecture on the 8 Laws of Health.
All in all a very productive Living Springs day.
Tomorrow brings more stress at 6.00 am in the form of an Isotonic (2 litres of salt water drunk quickly to flush out the digestive tract).
Off to bed with me.
